Snowmobile Safari in Ivalo
Tour Description
Experience the magic of Lapland on a guided snowmobile safari.
Your adventure begins with a short introduction and safety briefing, followed by an exciting snowmobile ride through frozen lakes and snowy forests (approx. 2 hours).
During the tour, we stop to enjoy a warm homemade berry drink with cookies in nature.
After the ride, we return to our base for a hot homemade lunch in a traditional Finnish kota. After lunch, we feed reindeer and take photos.

Yes, a valid driving license is required to drive a snowmobile. Passengers do not need a license.
We provide full winter equipment: thermal overalls, boots,socks, gloves, helmet and balaclava.
Yes, the tour is beginner-friendly. We provide full instructions and a safety briefing before the ride.
Children can ride as passengers on the snowmobile with a minimum height of 120 cm. For the youngest ones, we provide a sleigh attached to the guide’s snowmobile — the child rides there with an adult.
If you’re traveling with children, please contact us in advance so we can arrange the safest and most comfortable option for your family.
Tours operate in light snow and normal winter conditions. However, if the temperature drops below –25 °C, the tour may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons. In that case, we offer to reschedule your tour or provide a refund according to our policy.
